Digital Product Policy

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of digital products downloaded and purchased from Wildea Studio (Wildea). These products include any and all materials created by Wildea for customers to download or purchase directly through the website or through an invoice as part of a packaged service.

By accessing this website and downloading content from Wildea we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Wildea if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, Wildea and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Wildea. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Wildeas Shop for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Republish material from Wildea
Sell, rent or sub-license material from Wildea
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Wildea
Redistribute content from Wildea

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

License and Use: By purchasing our digital products (free or paid) from Wildea you agree that under no circumstances shall you use, or permit to be used, any product other than for the aforesaid purpose. You shall not copy, re-sell, sub-license, rent out, republish, share or otherwise distribute any of our digital products, whether modified or not, to any third party or for any commercial or non-personal use. You agree not to use any of our products in a way which might be detrimental to us or damage our reputation.

Intellectual Property: The products, if modified or not, and all intellectual property and copyright contained therein, are and shall at all times remain our sole and exclusive property (Wildea). You agree that under no circumstances, whether the product has been modified or not, shall you have or attempt to claim ownership of any intellectual property rights or copyright in the product.

Refunds - No Refunds: We reserve the right to change our refund policy at any time. Refunds are not applicable for digital products under any circumstance.
