Building a brand and a sports team from the ground up!

Bembel Town Roller Derby, like many sports teams during the pandemic, were left with a knowledge, skills and people gap - or an opportunity to find their brand and refresh their image!

Results are in!

Since 2022, Bembel Town Roller Derby has grown significantly, their following on Instagram is now at over 2000 followers, they’ve had several viral videos with influencer interations and re-shares by big brands in the industry. They now have a waiting list for intake days due to the amount of people signing up through their online channels.

They are attracting new partners and sponsors by reaching a bigger audience, showing that a strong brand and consistancy is key.

As a volunteer club, their handover included a range of canva templates to enable them to continue to produce high quality media for the foreseeable future.

As the club grows and changes, the brand also expects changes and is going through a re-branding process in the background to establish a clear brand, name, new logo and strategy going forward.
